The Design Process

Step 01: Choose Your Format

Select the canvas for your memories. Our signature Editorial Book comes in a cinematic 25 x 30 cm / 10 x 12 in square format, providing a balanced and modern layout.

Step 02: Share Your Favorite Moments

Through your private online gallery, simply ‘heart’ the images that resonate most with you. If you prefer a curated expert perspective, We can begin the design using our own highlights from the day—these are the moments that best capture the atmosphere and soul of your celebration. Tip: If you find it difficult to choose, simply send us your top 50 ‘must-haves’ and we will intuitively build the narrative around them.

Curation Tips for a Timeless Book:

Trust Your Feeling: Start with the images that make you stop and smile.
Focus on Rhythm: Prioritize candid, atmospheric moments over every group formal. One strong family portrait per side is often more impactful.
Let it Breathe: Aim for 180–200 images to ensure a clean, editorial design where each photograph has space to be seen.

Step 03: Review Your Editorial Draft

Once we have your selection, we will craft a bespoke layout and upload a digital draft for your review. You will have access to an intuitive proofing platform where you can leave comments directly on the spreads. We include up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect. Our goal is to refine the design until it feels like an honest reflection of your day.

Step 04: Final Approval & Craftsmanship

After we finalize the layout and you provide your sign-off, the design is sent to our master bookbinders. At this stage, your book moves from a digital concept to a handcrafted art piece. Once in production, no further changes can be made.

Step 05: Delivery of Your Heirloom

Each book is meticulously handcrafted, a process that takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once completed, your book is shipped via insured courier. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can anticipate the arrival of your legacy piece.

Yes. While the standard collection begins with 200 pages for a complete narrative, the Editorial Book can be expanded up to 250 pages. If your story requires more space, we can discuss adding extra spreads during the design phase.

Quality takes time. Once you have made your selection, the design and refinement process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. After your final approval, the book is handcrafted in Europe, which takes an additional 4 to 6 weeks before it is shipped to your door.

Absolutely. We offer ‘Parent Books’ as a set of two duplicates. These are exact replicas of your main editorial design, crafted with the same archival materials but in a smaller, more intimate format (20 x 26 cm / 8 x 10.2 in) They are the perfect way to share your legacy.

Absolutely. Each book is a unique reflection of your story. You can personalize the cover with bespoke debossing, including your names, wedding date, or a meaningful location.
